On repairs

We diagnose the real problem and quote it before we start - no surprises. If a repair we performed doesn't hold up under normal use, bring it back and we'll make it right. Just reach out and let us know what's going on.

On used equipment we sell

Every machine we sell is gone through, serviced, and started and tested before it leaves the shop - so you're not buying someone else's problem. If something isn't right when you get it home, contact us right away and we'll take care of you.

What this doesn't cover

• Normal wear items and routine maintenance (blades, filters, plugs, belts, fuel, and the like).
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or running old/bad fuel after service.
• Normal cosmetic wear consistent with a machine's condition grade.
